VIEO Design™ Principal and founder Paul Gibson is our lead developer, lead graphic designer, and user interface specialist. With a BA from Maryville College, Paul has a love for the East TN community.
Web and Technical Expertise
Paul’s web expertise includes user interface design, graphic design, PHP development, and Content Management System customization.
He began his web career in 1999 as web designer for LockNet Internet Service Provider. He then spent 6 years as a Graphic Designer and User Interface Specialist for NetLearning, and in 2006 became Corporate Web Developer/Web Master for Dixie Stampede.
Paul has also provided support to Oak Ridge Associated Universities as User Interface Designer where his responsibilities included section 508 web standards compliance. In 2008 Paul Gibson joined forces with Rob Spurlock to form VIEO Design, LLC and since has won several awards for his work in web design and web development.
The Personal Side
Paul is a loving husband and an amazing craftsman. His hobbies include forging knives, RC planes, and restoring historic automobiles.
