What Is a HubSpot Certified Partner?
There are currently 1200 HubSpot customers who are also specially-trained to offer the HubSpot software and use it to provide inbound marketing services to clients.
A HubSpot Certified Partner must go through intensive training and be certified in both the inbound marketing methodology and the use of HubSpot software to deliver inbound marketing services to clients.
Certification requires passing annual HubSpot Academy exams as well as proving proficiency via practicums.
There are different areas of certification available, and I'm proud to say my Knoxville-based VIEO Design team has earned every possible certification, other than the most recent addition. I will be completing that certification, in Contextual Marketing, when I travel to INBOUND 2014 in September.
What Does It Mean to Make HubSpot's Gold Partner Tier?
Of the 1200 HubSpot Partners worldwide, only 255 are "tiered," so we feel pretty special! The HubSpot Partner Tier program is designed to acknowledge those agency partners who have not only brought the inbound message to the most clients, but who have also executed inbound marketing services according to the highest standards.
Believe it or not, this includes meeting a certain "Customer Happiness Indicator," and we love that HubSpot is as focused on customer satisfaction as we are.
