Paul Gibson Wins Knoxville's Best Web Programmer... for the 4th Time!
VIEO Design's Principal, founder, Lead Designer, and Lead Developer Paul Gibson (yeah, he has a lot of titles) received another title a few weeks ago when he was voted Knoxville's Best Web Programmer for the 4th time.
The award was a part of the 2014 AAF Knoxville Big Wig Awards, and Paul wasn't the only VIEOan who took home an award - Lauren Nelson also won for Best Intern! Lauren was such a good intern, in fact, that she has since been hired as a graphic designer.

Four other members of the VIEO team were nominated for Big Wigs:
Holly Yalove, for Best Digital Strategist/Analyst
Emily Winsauer (me) for Best Blogger
Chase Cleckner for Best SEM or SEO Specialist
Amanda Martin for Best Social Media Specialist
The Knoxville Big Wigs recognize the people behind the best marketing and advertising in East Tennessee. AAF Knoxville is the local chapter of the American Advertising Federation, the advertising industry’s largest professional trade organization.
The winners were announced at an awards gala on October 22nd at Club LeConte, which offers beautiful views of Knoxville. Several members of our team took to Instagram (with varying degrees of success) to share the event:
As you can see, we enjoyed the evening. Want to see why we won? Check out our portfolio and let us know what you think in the comments!
As VIEO's content director, Emily Winsauer was responsible for content strategy for VIEO and our clients for over 5 years. She recently moved to Seattle where she's still creating compelling content in her new role.
