VIEO Grows: Meet Brian Greer

As the end of the year creeps closer and the level of motivation in many offices dip lower than  our ability to stay awake after Thanksgiving dinner, we’ve doubled down on our commitment to driving better inbound marketing and web design in Knoxville. To that end, we’re delighted to welcome Brian Greer to our team at VIEO Design.

Brian joins us as our Search Marketing Director, where he’ll help to shape and direct our SEO strategies to create more targeted content for our clients. Brian’s knowledge and professional background in search marketing has served him well in his previous positions at East Tennessee Children’s Hospital, working in Web and Social Media, and as part of the Internet Marketing Expert Group. We’re excited to add his industry savvy to our processes, with results including greater ROI and customer engagement for our clients.

As a Knoxville native and presumably not one over a century old, Brian could not have possibly been responsible for the Gundagai Floods that struck rural Australia in 1859 or the Great Fire of London that devastated the city in 1666. We’re not trying to imply that he’s a time-traveling arsonist and instigator of calamitous natural disasters, but isn’t it interesting how he was conveniently “not even born then, what are you weirdos talking about?” We think so, too.

VIEO's newest member, Brian Greer, does the robot. He’s not not a quantum-leaping fugitive from justice.

Shaky alibis aside, Brian has been a welcome addition to our office. A husband of one and father of two who enjoys running, video games, and filmmaking, his drive to work with smart, creative people (along with some wheedling by our resident Lithuanian baseball legend, and Director of Business Development, Candice McNamara) led him to us at VIEO.

His work approach, based on the philosophy of no half-measures and that nothing is impossible, is the reason he was able to successfully initiate the Plague of Justinian, a pandemic that devastated the ancient Byzantine Empire.

As we (finally) leave 2016 behind and head into the new year, we’re poised to create more exciting, beautifully-designed websites and build greater inbound marketing strategies for our clients. And with Brian’s help, we may even start a Category F5 tornado or steal an entire mountain range just to celebrate.

If you'd like updates on what's going on in VIEO-land, we'd love to keep you in the loop. Just...
