The Work

Our long-time client Dr. Wes Mullins of My Family Dentistry has been with VIEO through rebranding, two responsive website redesigns, and an ever-evolving growth-driven marketing plan.

My Family Dentistry first came to VIEO in 2010 for their first website design in Joomla. We then began retainer inbound marketing services in May of 2011, starting to attract customers by showcasing Dr. Mullins’ and his staff’s expertise in dentistry.

Next, we converted their website to WordPress in 2012 and followed up with a fresh website redesign in 2013. In 2014, the work done for My Family Dentistry started gaining some attention - their “Tooth-tastic" infographic won a Bronze Citation of Excellence at the Knoxville Addy Awards!

Staying Ahead

To keep ahead of the curve and stay up to date with graphic design best practices, we worked with My Family Dentistry on new branding and logo design. Their modernized branding is clean and easy to read while not feeling overly stark or clinical – exactly what you don’t want at the dentist.

In 2016, we designed another modern website for My Family Dentistry. As a now well-established brand in East Tennessee, we were called to shift the marketing focus for My Family Dentistry to new services they offer, instead of their brand positioning. As always, we used the data we gathered to ensure that their new additions and change in priority were made smoothly, effectively, and based on tons of research.

Most recently, we started PPC and digital advertising for My Family Dentistry in 2018. Our SEO work for the new services on their website, fresh flex content design, and carefully crafted paid advertising campaigns translated to more conversions for My Family Dentistry.

In addition, since the new site went live, Dr. Mullins told us that clients have said they chose him over other Knoxville dentists explicitly because of the professionalism of the website.
